Let’s Talk is a program that provides easy access to students and their spouses for informal confidential consultations with counselors from Cornell Health.  Counselors hold walk-in hours at 10 sites around campus Monday through Friday. There is no fee and no appointment is necessary. A Cornell Health counselor will help you with immediate concerns and assist with referrals should you need ongoing support.

Family and Children’s Services supports, promotes and strengthens the well-being of individuals and families by providing high-quality, accessible mental health care and related social services.  Counseling is available for students and their spouse and partners to provide assistance in meeting the challenges of life by encouraging healthy personal choices and balanced perspectives.  This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay; a sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify based on household income.

The Mental Health Association in Tompkins County provides many resources including a list of Mental Health Professionals in Private Practice.
